Dispersion of the liquid to be encapsulated in water<\/h4>\n<p>In a stirred tank, the liquid to be encapsulated is dispersed in water. Initiation of the polymerization process<\/h4>\n<p>The polymerization reaction is initiated by PH changes (acids or bases are introduced) or \/ and temperature can be accelerated by the use of catalysts. Stabilization of the polymer structure<\/h4>\n<p>The polymer is then consolidated by changes in pH or temperature or the addition of additives (crosslinking).
